Return Policy

Return policy for deliveries within India only. No return policy for international orders.

We try our best to fulfill all orders of our customers but sometimes some orders may not be acceptable to customer after receiving the product and want to return. Hence we kindly request customers to verify their product requirements for example size, colour and other product specifications correctly before putting an order so that product of their choice reaches them.

Please ensure to record an unpacking/unboxing video while opening your package. Without this video, we will not be able to process any damage claims.

We do accept Product Return if the product has :

1. Visible Manufacturing Defect
2. Color / Design Mismatch
3. Size Mismatch 
4. Opening video is a MUST for RETURN. Send opening video with Order details and Invoice to our Whatsapp number.
5. Please note that the product(s) should be unused, unwashed.
6. The product should be sent with all original tags intact.
7. The product should be sent along with all parts and freebies.
8. The product should be sent with a copy of original invoice.
9. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request customers to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it. 

NOTE: 

1. Any DISCOUNT / COUPON used at checkout, other then the automatic discount applied on the product page will not be considered for return.
2. Customers have to bear the shipping charges for return.

Return request :

• Product Return request should be raised / created within 2 Days of delivery of goods mentioning the Order Number. 
• For Product Return Request Contact Us                                        
• Customer will get a mail / message at their registered email regarding the issue.
• If the return is approved, we kindly request customer to arrange for shipping the product to address shared by our team and share the proof of dispatch.
